One course per term
Course Fee: £200 per term, with 10% off your second course and 20% off your third.
Designed for secondary school students of any age, Big BEAP delivers a first-class musical theatre education tailored to older performers. At BEAP, we know a passion for performing never truly fades — and our expert teaching is here to help that passion grow. Whether you dream of a career in musical theatre and want to broaden your repertoire while learning from industry professionals, or you simply love performing and want to keep that joy alive, Big BEAP offers the training, opportunities, and support to help you shine.
All Big BEAP courses are hosted in the state-of-the-art theatre at the City of Liverpool College, right in the heart of the Georgian Quarter. Not only is this a fantastic professional performance space, but it also gives students the chance to enjoy the vibrant and creative atmosphere of Liverpool's cultural hub.
We pride ourselves on creating a warm, friendly community where encouragement, praise, and support bring out the very best in every student.
Flexible and Accessible
If your child can't commit to every Big BEAP production, that's absolutely fine — our programme works on a pick-and-mix basis. We run one production each term, and you can choose how many your child takes part in. There's no ongoing fee; you simply pay for the productions they join.
We limit each course to 50 students, ensuring everyone has the chance to shine both on and off the stage. Quality education always comes before profit at BEAP.
Each course is £200. If your child takes part in more than one course in the same year, you'll enjoy a 10% discount on the second (£180) and a 20% discount on the third (£160).
As part of our commitment to making the arts accessible, we reserve 10% of all places (5 per course) completely free for talented students on the Pupil Premium register.
With this flexibility, you can fit Big BEAP around your family's schedule and budget while still giving your child exceptional performance opportunities.
Christmas Term is Panto Time
Aladdin - November
Our Christmas term course is the only one that doesn't run during school holidays — instead, it takes place over the weekends in November. BEAPanto Aladdin is sure to bring some classic pantomime humour to the beloved tale. If you love musical theatre but have never stepped into the world of panto, get ready to add a whole new set of skills to your repertoire! Pantomime is fast-paced, interactive, and full of audience participation — it sharpens your comic timing, boosts your confidence, and teaches you to think on your feet. It's a chance to try larger-than-life characters, master improvisation, and connect with audiences in a way that's completely different from musical theatre, making you a more versatile and fearless performer.

Easter Term gets a bit chilly as we perform Disney's Frozen in a week!
4-7 April 2026
Think Frozen just a kids' movie? Think again. This stage version is packed with epic ensemble numbers, powerhouse solos, and stunning choreography — the kind of material that lets you really show off your musical theatre skills.
You'll bring to life bold, complex characters — from Anna's fearless optimism to Elsa's emotional power, from Kristoff's rugged charm to Hans' sneaky villainy. And let's be honest… who doesn't want to belt "Let It Go" under full stage lights with snow falling around them?
This is your chance to perform in a high-energy, professional-quality Disney production with incredible costumes, magical effects, and a live audience hanging on every note. Whether you're a singer, dancer, actor, or all three, Frozen will push you, challenge you, and give you that electric rush that only comes from telling a story that millions of people already love — but in a way they've never seen before.
It's dramatic, it's funny, it's magical… and it could be the highlight of your performing year.

Summer Term is off to the West End
20-26 July 2026
In our West End course we concentrate on two shorter versions of a West End Classic. With one we put the focus on Dance and the other we focus on vocals and script work. Working on two shorter shows gives more students the chance to experience a main role. In 2026 we will be rehearsing and performing in just one week, Everybody's talking about Jamie and Wicked.
